Never been a Chief's fan but thoroughly enjoyed their run this year. Great entertainment and Mahomes is legit which is nice.
The Niners have already paid Jimmy like the Rams have paid Goff. The team will degrade. KC has to pay Mahomes. He may never have this good a cast again

I think he’s worse than prime Eli Manning and Flacco. Those guys at least had talent and could have a big game when it counted. I’m not sure Garoppolo is good enough to do so. He’s an average QB. Cousins is better.CuntWaffle said:

Young QB’s are a good investment. The Chiefs now, the Rams with Goff, and the Seahawks with Russ had stacked teams because of paying the QB so little.
The 49ers saved money on the DL by drafting guys and they had maybe the best DL in the league, but they will either have to let Garoppolo or make tough choices on which DL to keep. -

The Super Bowl loser jinx is one of the most reliable in sports. Again, only the Pats have overcome it. Edit to add the Broncos after getting humiliated by the Hawks they won the next year
