It’s actually true. Mario’s biggest criteria for staff is their ability to recruit. Williams is replaceable as long as Cristobal continues to prioritize recruiting. Other schools going after your staff says you’re doing something right. When you don’t have to worry about others schools coming after your coaches is when you have to worry. I’m not comparing Oregon here but it’s worth knowing.
