Lake's popping off seems to be vindicated.

UW finished with the #1 pac 12 class per 247 rankings (the ones that count).

After adding absolutely nobody? Didn't Oregon add a few?

Same amount of commits at 22, but even with the 2 specialists, UW has more Blue Chips

Did one of the 5 stars at Oregon get downgraded? I thought they had 3 between Sewell, Flowe and Manning.

    I think Manning is a composite 5 star but a 247 4 star.

    Either way, fuck him

After poasting, I realized I was thinking of the composite rankings and @DoogCourics poasted 247 rankings.
Exactly. He’s the Ducks’ Savvy. 5 star composite but 4 star 247.

Does this count as half an offseason title?

Considering we? quit recruiting before the offseason began, I'm gonna go with no.

True, Jimmy's focus in the offseason was hiring Donovan and finishing 2nd for Costello.

We can’t cherry pick which rating system we prefer. If we won the composite and Oregon was claiming the best class off of one rating system, we’d be laughing. We shouldn’t have moral victories, Jimmy can and will sign the number one composite class next year. The fact he didn’t add anyone of value after Peterman left is concerning, but he can close. Don’t settle for moral victories of signing a higher class in the eyes of one company.

It's not really cherry picking, this site swore off ESPN rankings and anything that includes them (including the Composite) a long ass time ago.

If we were atop the Composite but second in the 247 rankings this site would say we came in second.

    Honk em.

I guess I’m too new to know that. Either way, Jimmy will get the best class regardless of ranking system next year

Recruiting stars are not the Kelvin scale. Jimmy should pick the ranking that makes the best pitch to croots.

    ATBS, ESPN rankings suck.
