  I think she set that up. Trump may not have even seen it. Pence didn't offer his hand for a shake. It looked out of place and she stuck out her hand quickly as Trump was tuning away.

  Good far outweighs the bad. Lots of good news on the domestic and foreign fronts. Dems rooting for the away team seems pretty bad.
