Smart political move by republicans is to agree to resolution to censure President Trump. I bet they do it.
Then talking point is "We agree he shouldn't have done what he did, but this doesn't rise to the level of impeachment. We didn't need to see additional witnesses because we had all the info we needed. Censure sends a message to the president to put his actions in check."
Watch liberals freak out over this.
It's a common sense solution and politically savvy. Closes the book and saves face.
