IMO this really plays well for Republicans in the end. The Democrats are hoping for a Hail Mary and it won’t be answered. With every day this continues more and more people are g eating pissed.
The potential value of any witness that the Democrats May call is of little value. Bolton is unlikely to be allowed to testify. Even if He did the testimony wouldn’t contain anything that is impeachable.
The list of witnesses for the Republicans has the potential to be very damaging for example: Adam Schiff, the whistleblower, Sondland, Volker, Michael Atkinson, Joe and Hunter Biden among many others.
