Final 247 rankings

5 star commits:
Oregon - 3
UW - 1
Total Top 247 Commits (including 5*):
Oregon - 3
UW - 9
Sizzle/ Steak
For reference, this is about the same # of top 247 commits UW had last year. It would also appear that Redman isnt making the huge jump we thought (he should) as he would have been the 10th top 247 player

If you don't like Redman, you're an idiot. Ipsodefactoergo, Biggins is an idiot. Probably a racist too.

Wish we could have gotten Navarrette as a LB...Hutson is good but I like UW's WR recruits better.

They don’t like to drop guys too much. For one, it makes them look wrong and I also think the politics of not hurting a kid by dropping them comes into play.

Sa'Vell at 58 (dropped 40 spots) (the disrespect!)
Rosengarten down 13 to 102
Odunze up 54 to 134

Covington down 14 to 224
Adams down 134 to 247

Final answer is Hill rises some on 247 (probably making him a 4-star on 247). Butterfield sinks. Hutson holds serve (Rivals likes him moor than any other service).PandaOrangeChiknDuck said:

There's some rise in some of the lower tier guys on composite once the final ESPN numbers get factored in. -

The Pac footprint had 3 5 stars in the top 10 including the top 2 players. None of them went to Pac schools
The Pac footprint had 7 5 stars in the final 247 rankings.
2 of them went to Pac schools.
Both of them went to Oregon.

Did we win?

In the 247 rankings, suprisingly yes.RaceBannon said:Did we win?
In other rankings no.
Best guess is Oregon still passes us? at the finish line. -

Below the top 247 this is probably correct. Pretty sure the top 247 is solid.UWhuskytskeet said:BDTW partners saying it's not over.

Butterfield drops out of the 247 and drops from a 93 to a 91 rating.dnc said:

Hutson pretty much stays the same at 90, but drops six spots on the receiver rankings.
Hill grabs a fourth star on 247 but still isn't in the top 247.
Navarette and Greenfield lose their fourth star on 247 only.
Benson and Macael Afase gain a fourth star on 247 only.
Jayson Jones drops to a 3 star on 247 only but holds onto composite 4 star by the skin of his teeth. -

What about those stars??

What about Jay'veon Sunday?
Offensive Player of the Year:
Jay’veon Sunday, 6-1, 195, Sr., RB, Connally, 261-carries for 2,222-yards, 35-TD’s. District MVP.
Isn't this worth a 4th Star?

So I'm confused, who wins offseason natty?

imagine caring, but their rating of Murao after he has now dominated 2 overall #1 recruits in camps/all star games is mindblowing

Biggins and Huffman both said he's one of the best high school o linemen they've seen in years. Better drop him 30 spots.WilburHooksHands said:imagine caring, but their rating of Murao after he has now dominated 2 overall #1 recruits in camps/all star games is mindblowing

I'd be very interested in seeing how many of the top 5 schools (Bama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, and Ohio) had before and after the re-rank.
Regardless, the rankings just basically tell you that there's a pretty good narrative out there amongst the best players that it's a lot easier to combine forces and narrow the playing field
