    They're pretty good friends and played together for many seasons, but Troy is correct.

    Jerry has fucked up his own team by being a control freak and drafting guys like Elliot, Bryant, and mediocre to above average quarterbacks. He's hired nice guy coaches like Wade Phillips and Garrett and they don't really work for the most part. His ego is too big to let a real GM do personnel and a strong willed coach like Jimmy or Parcells have free reign. He will never learn though.
