He was primarily a TE coach it looks like... why the fuck can’t we make him OC/TE and then go out and hire a QB/Pass game coordinator? We still have 1 more assistant spot to fill

We had to offer him the the QB coach position in order to pry him away from his Assistant RB coach role.
