North Vietnam was protected by Chicom nukes. Iran isn't. Mine their Kharg Island oil facilities and just wait. Nothing in or out. Game over. Should have done it when first Iranian IED killed a US soldier. The deme plan B to let them develop nukes and provide the funding seems a bit delusional. Almost like rooting for the away team.
