They did probe the Iraq embassy. I think the response was proportionate -
So far, Trump has broken protocol with how you inform the public when POTUS initiates an attack. What's making sense is Soleimani handed us a gift and showed up at Baghdad Airport. The decision to attack was made really fast with justification made up later. That would explain long delay.
