Simple math... if Fortney is allowed to have surgery on his knee compete against Brock, Tui doesn’t play as a true Freshman when Brock gets Hurt, and Tui plays a senior year with Neuheisel after 2001.
Which means no Gilby and definitely no Tyrone Willingham....
