IMO he's the best prospect to ever come out of the state. The only one I think has an argument over him is Reggie Williams. But I'd still take JTT.Swaye said:

His family never misses a game, and they’ve been known to hand out leis made of candy. “That’s one thing I love about my family: They’re always in the moment,” Tuimoloau said, recalling his grandmother rallying the crowd at his youth-league games. “No matter how old they are or how sick they are, they always cheer their lungs out.”
