    All the money we were supposedly going to save by letting criminal out of jail and no longer enforcing misdemeanor theft and drug laws was supposed to be plowed back into mental health and social services. But I like to blame Reagan because I'm a liberal Kunt who takes no responsibility for the policies I promoted.

    I've said this before and I believe it to be true.

    Racial divisions will not be the tipping point of our Republic.

    The 'homeless" issue will be.
