You can't essentially seize NBA teams from owners because they're goaded to say mean/racist things in private, or seize Papa Johns from the founder because of the same thing. NFL teams who cut good cornerbacks because they say "retard" on Twatter are losers for a reason. They obviously aren't interested in winning. You can't tar and feather some gal on t.v. and take away her livelihood because she said "the n word" in 1986. This is ridiculous.
