Why is it being assumed Bush is gone?

I hope so but I haven't seen anything that definitively shows it is going to happen. In fact, it seems more and more likely he comes back yet a lot of threads here are assumptive on him being gone. Did Lake have some line hinting towards big staff changes?

Supposed to be two skeets, the first is the second syllable of Husky, just with a T to complete the sound.
