Its the head coach. Always the head coach all ways.
Its why I am not freaking out even thought I hate all of our? assistants. If Jimmy keeps them he owns it. Can he coach the coaches? Does he know that's what the head guy does?
If we had a disengaged head coach then the assistants are going to fuck off. Human nature is undefeated.
Hopefully some good scares over job security whips the place back into shape. Fire a couple and severely beat one or two and let's see what happens -
