    I don’t think there would be much difference at all. I’m not scared of recruiting. I mostly prefer a DC to have an expertise with the front 7. That’s where it all starts on defense.

    I also prefer an OC that comes from the line as well. They tend to focus on the run and stay away from the tricky and cute plays that ex-QB’s love to run

    This. I'm so fucking done with all this talk about how great our DB's are and how there would be a big dropoff if Lake left. Championship defenses are built from the front backwards not the other way around. And this rubberband defense of don't give up the big play and wait for the other team to make a mistake is just as much playing not to lose as Petersen's offense.

    I'd feel like it was a well-played college football game. We did a nice job against a good football team.

    The reason it's worked in years past was teams were in 3rd 5/6 because they couldn't run on us and eventually they'd throw a incomplete
    This year it's 3rd 1or 2 or it never gets there b/c they've ran it for the first down the play before.
