These refs are comically inept at spotting the ball. When the QB is still spinning and trying to run forward, you don't give progress. The Cuog 1st down that they called short before review was a first down by a yard. That sack should have been spotted at the 1, not the 3.
All that being said, can't wait for the 4th quarter collapse. -
