The biggest issue I have with these brats is that they claim they want "diversity" while their means and methods demonstrate they want no such thing. What they want is power and control via conquest, playing the race card and political correctness game to leverage their power grab. Apparently these 19 and 20 year olds are qualified to decide what the curriculum of their college education should be. It's funny that they're actively trying to make their already useless degree more useless.
As for insisting on a woman of color being their new dean, I won't count on them seeing the racist irony in that demand. -
I'm fine with the idea of hiring a person of color if a change of direction and curriculum is in order and a suitable person is available. What I'm not fine with is the unbridled hate, the mob rule and abject bullying being directed at the current dean solely because she's white, and the simple-minded idea that person of color would automatically be a huge improvement. This has been manufactured over decades by college admins. Start treating students like consumers, with fancy new dorms and amenities, larding them with debt, coupled with widening the demographic profile of the incoming freshmen, and this is what you get.
These kids (and their parents) have been told that the customer is always right, so of course they're going to say shit like "we're not being taught what we need to know."
