will piss off Wall Street and some others but its a good move. Right now the US pays the development costs for almost all drugs, and then they sell them overseas for much less (incremental production costs). IF (and its a bid if) Trump carves into that its good for everybody here in the US long-term. Will slow down the $$ for R&D on drugs.
Add to that if he can actually force hospitals and such to publish actual rates its a lot better than many would hope for.
