I will admit that I do not thing it was a good idea for Trump to tweet at the ambassador DURING the f'ing hearing.
As for the brief recess to take a vote - this is simply a "SHOW" to defend against the narrative that the do nothing democrats are only focused on impeachment. What a friggn joke. This is staged to combat the narrative. Hilarious. Do they really think Americans are this dumb?
The downside of their ploy is they've now given the republicans time to work on their strategy to clean up Trump's mess he created with his tweet. Expect them to go HARD at attacking her credibility and performance to back up his tweet which is something they didn't plan to do.

CNN laying it on thick about witness intimidation. You would think Trump quietly walked in mid testimony and calmly stared her down like a mob Hitman.
I'm hearing she's courageous for continuing on and all future witnesses are courageous for speaking truth to power knowing our corrupt dictator will ridicule them. -
