As Hondo so perfectly demonstrates none of this has to do with IF impeachment actually goes anywhere(it won't with the GOP senate) it's all a charade to play to the base and public opinion. On that the Dems and the media that loves them are winning. They'll "impeach" and fail in the Senate or not even get that far and all of the Dem voters will just chalk it up to GOP partisanship protecting Trump. They already did it with "Russian collusion".
