Penny is playing with fire here. Considering Penny himself is in the middle of this, it won't end well for him if the courts rule Wiseman ineligible. Telling the NCAA to fuck off might not be the smartest strategy.

Think it’s a moot point anyways. That Memphis team is not going anywhere with or without wiseman. I don’t think they ran a single set all night.

There is no coaching. It's waiting a year to get paid
Hurts both college and the NBA but it is what it is
Both are unwatchable below the top echelon of the NBA -
