He talks about how at Ole Miss he tried to coach every player like they were Warren Sapp, basically micro-managing the team, and how stepping back and letting position coaches and coordinators do their thing has turned his career around. Very interesting.

I think he can focus on coaching the team as the media leaves him alone as they can't understand a word he says.
