    I'd put Fouts and Warren Moon ahead of Rivers, but still...

    I had a chuckle at this list.
    Two great passers though. Washington and Oregon both have pretty proud QB traditions. Fouts and Moon are respectively the best for those programs. VanBrocklin is too long ago and NORGAF about that era anyway.
