Thybulle will start eventually. Guys like him don’t come off the bench. Most guys off the bench can’t play defense but can score a little bit, especially 6th man types. Crawford, Lou Williams, etc.
They get put on the other teams best perimeter player. Although in Thubulle’s case you might be better off putting him on the worst perimeter player and letting him roam around for steals and blocks.
His offense has been really bad so far, but Philly doesn’t really need him to score. He’ll be a huge difference maker if he ever can become a knock down shooter. It’s strange that he’s so bad around the basket Witt his athleticism. He has no handle at all tho. -
Back to Romar... He had Fultz, Thubulle, and Dickerson and could only muster 2 PAC 12 wins. Romar was better than Ty, but they were equally lazy. Romar coasted after the first couple of years at UW. He’s a horrible coach.
