Regularly attended could mean anything. He might have attended one each year and that was considered to be "regular" attendance. I'd be interest to know the locations of this board meetings since they weren't in Ukraine. The Reuters article also says that Hunter had experience on other corporate boards. Yeah, his daddy got him on the Amtrak board and by Hunter's own admission his qualifications for that position was because he rides the train a lot.
