His impeachable offense is simple -- it's in the report. The campaign had multiple contacts with Russians offering help, Trump knew about the hacked DNC server, and he kept it to himself. That future president did not report to the FBI his contacts with a foreign country hacking for which he expected to benefit from stolen information, and he did. That's the impeachable part.
