Power is on line right now without interruption for SoCal Edison and San Diego gas & electric customers (also private companies) not to mention ladwp, smud and every other municipal utility customer in the state. Just clear vegetation (trees) from transmission lines. That means cutting down trees on an aggressive basis. All you need is some common sense which a leftard run state doesn't have. PG&E can't cut the trees so power goes off in major wind events. Sort of like AOC nude green eel. No power when the wind doesn't blow or the sun doesn't shine. Freezing in the dark is good for the planet.
