When Sark gave up the 18 pt lead against the kewgs I knew his time at Washington had expired. I called into the honks saying it was time. They didn't appreciate it and ripped me.
This is Pete's game. I let ASU slide last year.
You will have the argument that there is more to winning and all the student-athlete stuff, but it's about money. Parents and kids want schollies with a path to make millions in the NFL, AD's want to make a half a million, coaches want multi-million dollar contracts, Larry Scott wants free money and loser contracts.
Crap home matchups, uninspiring football, loser football, and beta ball is not a winning formula.
Oh yeah, and exclusive clothing that encourages scarcity. Someone told me that I could buy a Columbia jacket......SWEET

I want to see exciting football where guys are into the game, flying around, making tackles and executing great plays.
Haven't seen that under Pete except in a couple Apple Cups, maybe. The offense is boring, predictable and futile. The Cuog destroys UW in the offensive excitement department. Way more interesting to watch.
Oregon WILL plunger UW, by the way, because they are already up for the game and licking their chops. It's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. This loss was worse than the Cal loss at home that preceded Neuheisel's departure. Yes, it was that terrible and revealing. -
