The real twist is that Al Qaeda and friends weren't around when the Constitution and the fourth amendment was written. If we could ask the framers what they might of thought had terrorists flown jets into the Twin Towers in their day, they would have answered with the question: "What are jets?" They might understand something we call the Central Intelligence Agency, but would puke on our shoes if we tried to explain the CIA's historical role in our World.

We have a hugely complex Federal Government that's inefficient, incompetent, un-innovative, and largely ineffective because it's structured and constrained by a Constitutional document that's 227 years old and at least 200 years out-of-date. And if we try to pay any attention at all to the words and meanings the framers put in the Constitution, we are fucked by a strict constructionist supreme court that more and more seems to have it's head stuck where the sun will never shine.

By the way, should any of you Tea Party cunts out there actually bother to read the Constitution, you will find it to be a very simple document that doesn't address in anyway nearly all of those evil things that you constantly claim must be unconstitutional. Perhaps the semantic hedge is beyond your intellectual capacity to comprehend, but that which is totally excluded from the Constitution can never be unconstitutional. For example, it is not unconstitutional to say FUCK anywhere anytime to anybody about anything in any context....... it's just not.
