Me thinks you underestimate Eugene, Oregon, and the Uncle Phil effect. Hell, I suspect Phil has a direct line to the Oregon State Troopers. I drove from Salem to Albany and back late this morning and Oregon fucks were driving 85-90 mph with impunity. Not an Oregon State Trooper in sight. Fuck Phil Knight. Fuck the ducks.haie said:
