I can't tell you with certainty how or what Trump disclosed prior to his election as far as business interests, nor with certainty could I provide the precautions put in place to assure he doesn't violate the law I found in about 14.6 seconds of research. I would have to assume his legal staff has established blind trusts or clear lines of delineation on what he can and cannot do with his previous business interests.
