I would have to assume his legal staff has established blind trusts or clear lines of delineation on what he can and cannot do with his previous business interests.

Elected officials aren't required to take a vow of poverty or surrender their assets.

I never said they should. But the law you cited says Trump shouldn't use his office to support his businesses, which he does.
