Cam took a horrible route on that big run and also got beat deep by Pittman. Kid has talent and I hope he learns form these mistakes in victory and doesn't cost us an L down the road. Seems like he doesn't crave contact like you would hope for from a safety.

I don’t think he used to shy away from contact but he missed a few tackles against Cal and that’s the reason he goes in kind of soft now. He's got a ways to go but his ball skills are special. -
In Caple’s latest article, he talks about Lake pulling Cam aside and teaching him during games.
The kid was a QB more than a safety in high school. But at a camp he balled out and UW got after him.
He’s learning the finer details, but Jimmy loves his instincts for the ball. Hopefully he is a quick study because Jimmy clearly thinks he’s the best option right now. -

Unless both teams shit the bed this week, the Oregon game will likely get the 5pm slot on ABC or FOX. Hoping for a Stanford 2016 environment for that game.
