Nobody said you can't impeach off of a whisteblower complaint...people have said this specific whistleblower's complaint is a joke. It is based off of 2nd and 3rd hand information (and Buzzfeed news of all things...effin eh) that was proven false with the release of the transcript. It was handled properly by the DNI who said it didn't meet the "Urgent" criteria because it was hearsay and therefore didn't forward it to Congress as the law says he should not. Shitt didn't like that because he already had a copy and is ready to start the circus so he went nuts.
