    Given that Stanford has pants Oregon the past few years I don't see anything wrong with being happy to beat a crappy Stanford team. I seem to recall UW being fairly excited to beat a shitty Oregon team in 2016.

    Yeah, but we hung 70 and you let Stanford hang with you most of the game.
    If you think Stanford was ever in that game, you weren't watching the game. They could have had 12 quarters and weren't going to score a touchdown.

    Good point. I wasn’t watching, but I did watch for a few minutes during halftime of big boy football and saw that Stanford was slow and couldn’t tackle. Still held you to 21. You should be worried.

    Cool. So it's what every pragmatic duck fan has been saying since June. Defense is really good. The offense has no WRs and a shitty running scheme, with a shit OC. The defense will have to win a lot of close games.
