Biden is deteriorating right before our eyes. The Corn Pop video was from two years ago and he was more lucid in that but just has rambling. He is now just as rambling and even more incoherent. His response during the debate about black people not knowing how to raise their kids and playing the record player (he almost said phonograph) shows that he is losing it.

My opinion is that he can't make it to the convention at this rate
He is the clear choice of @dnc but they may have their hand forced -
