Offensive tips for the coaching staff that reads these boards...

1) Hunter Bryant needs 10+ targets a game. Get him the ball often.
2) Only put one of Fuller, Opera Singer, or Chico on the field at the same time.
3) Put your tall, athletic, WRs out wide and develop them. Put player from #2 above in slot.
4) Eason looks good at planned roll outs. Do more of that.
5) Eason looks good when the offense is up tempo. Do a lot more of that.
6) Figure out what you're doing with your RB rotation. Makes no sense to us and probably makes no sense to your players - need a flow of some sort.
7) KEEP THE FOOT ON THE THROTTLE ON OFFENSE. Don't change game plan when you've got a nice lead.
8) Don't ever do a planned run with Eason. He has zero shake and is slow.
9) Use WRs who can block ( for example, have size ) when you run WR Screens.
10) When you audible at the LOS, it is almost always an inside run that doesn't work. If I can see that, the opponents can see it.
11) LET IT RIP.

Just 1 - get the right personnel out there who play with feces in their throats.

In Year 6 of a program with a head coach who considers himself an offensive coach, the fact that there are this many tweaks needed speaks volumes.

#9 especially. I want to smash my face into the nearest wall every time we try to run a screen behind Chico

RB rotation is a good point. I don’t like McGrew, but he rips off a couple good runs and comes out no matter what. I guess it’s kind of difficult when they all are running good.
