Under California’s sanctuary state laws, state and local government and law enforcement officials are prohibited from providing any assistance whatsoever (financial, facilities (including jail space), or analysis of criminal investigations) to ICE or any other office of the federal government. Trumptards can wage the idiotic border war on their own. In other words, trump is helpless to wage any immigration policy at all with local California resources.
