Two observations:
1. I live a miserable and pathetic life.
2. A loss to Cal at home is unacceptable.

Fyi, i said he'd be starting after spring ball. But what does 3-star have to do with it? Most teams in top 20 recruit a majoity 3 stars, on average. Your point on #53?Peterman said:Two observations:

If bama played 9 games, in at least an average conference, and played a home and home (only fbs program who doesnt) youd see 3 stars kicking the shit out of bama's 4-5 stars. IOW, the star system is a laugher. Has been for 20 years.
#53 also missed a lot of plays. Manu's days are numbered, , but tafisi needs more games under belt b4 starting, vs real competition. As i said in spring, Cal can beat UW. Theyll attack our backers and young secondary AND have the defense to stay in game -
You're not wrong.Peterman said:Two observations:

But they do have a legit defense. Top 15-20. The offense fucks them repeatedly by giving them short fields off turnovers, short drives, etc.
They mirror the UW strategy. Force teams to make long sustained drives and take advantage of their self-inflicted wounds.
But their offense is likely the worst in college football and fucks that defense. So this game shouldn't be hard.
But if our offense lights them up, then we can trust that our offense is legit and it's going to be a special season. -

If we? don't get at least 2 turnovers against this piece of shit offense, I'm going to be very concerned -
I'm not claiming this is PLSS level insights here: Getting up by 10-17 on Cal would be huge. They'd need to start pressing on offense, thus probably making more mistakes, and giving chance for blowout.

If it makes you feel any better I spent 1hr+ watching YouTube videos of that Oregon kid with the learning disability.Peterman said:Two observations:

Have you ever seen Cal and UC Davis play football against each other? I'd rather watch that Oregon kid fart ping pong balls out his ass for an hourHonestDon said:

That Oregon kid with the learning disability actually has a ton of content and some pretty good takes.Peterman said:Also

In what world is spending an hour or more watching college football considered time wasted?Peterman said:I wasted 1hr+ today and watched the majority of the Cal v UC Davis game
