It's probably because I'm still really new (only been here a year and a half and have only been a mod for a short time) so my memory has less to hold than you HH veterans, but, Covey actually got up from all of those hits in that game.
He didn't blow out his knee until the Pac-12 Championship Game two and a half months later.
