Yeah, I remember looking for that and could never find a clip of her actually saying it. And if she did, it was probably tongue-in-cheek. Speaking of tongue-in-cheek, I really WOOD Sarah. Still think she's pretty hot.SFGbob said:Palin said she could see Russia from her house.
It’s the big lie. Repeat something enough times and people will believe it.
That all said, she does seem like a bit of a rube. I don't know if she's just another Peter principle victim, if most politicians are in fact that stupid (I think Jay Inslee is in fact stupid in addition to not being very articulate), or if she's actually pretty bright but doesn't speak or articulate well. I know a lot of people who sound stupid when addressing a group. It's common.
Her morally conservative platform seems to fly in the face of her personal life ... there's enough there for me to at least wonder if it's all bullshit ... the bit with her daughter getting knocked up, etc. I don't care myself who gets knocked up and how, but I've always thought that if I'm going to thump on a bible I'd better make sure my house is clean.
Overall she seems pretty useless, but she's nice to look at and she appealed to a specific segment of society. More power to her I guess.

So the head of the FBI broke the rules and tainted the entire FBI with his actions while working under dem leadership (BO) and you being the POS liberal that you are call that a bad day for Republicans?CirrhosisDawg said:Its understandable why trumptards are so angry and frustrated. I have to toggle back and forth between UW football boards these days. Keeping up with race and his lunatic fringe of white nationalist Oregon Ducks and social outcast nativist-protectionists on the tug will always be part of the routine however.
How fucked up are you? -
The basis for the line was Governor Palin’s 11 September 2008 appearance on ABC News, her first major interview after being tapped as the vice-presidential nominee. During that appearance, interviewer Charles Gibson asked her what insight she had gained from living so close to Russia, and she responded: “They’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska”:creepycoug said:

Yes Faye said it mocking Palin for saying you can see parts of Russia from Alaska. When asked about her foreign policy experience.MikeDamone said:

And Hondo said that Obama ran on single payer and that there were whites only water fountains in the 1970s and that Social Security didn’t exist in the 1950s.2001400ex said:
