I heard they use special tech from an incubator (made by Stanford Alums) that places a cloud of dis-enthusiasm over the stadium. It works on the fans too. The team has a special helmet-mod that shields their minds from the effects.

No because a. Oregon State fans are more enthusiastic than Stanford fans (No Natty guy isn’t a tree, after all) b. Oregon state doesn’t have a good football team that can take advantage of the less than big tim atmosphere. -
