The Obamas will purchase the house from Boston Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck for a discount, according to a report published by TMZ Thursday. The property contains 29 beachfront acres, 7 bedrooms, and is listed at $14,850,000.”

    Simple solution. After leaving public office the tax rate on book deals and speeches is set to the normal tax rate plus the number of years in public office. 25 years in office the rate would be 62%. I would think the dems would be on board. Great way to stick it to the 1%er who get rich off government employment.
