He most certainly can if he wants. I was using my personal definition of Broadband which is 3Mbs and available through most cell coverage. I did not know of a defined standard of 25Mbs or would not have even joined in the honest discourse.
IMO you can get by with much less than 25Mbs for home use.

I agree, and that's why most people don't need an internet connection speed that fast. Hell I live in the Bay Area and I don't think my connection speed is that fast.
