I actually liked what Chuck Nelson and Bill Schwartz brought to the broadcast, back in the day. Of course, they had Rondeau there to carry them. -

My 1st choice would be Warren Moon, but UW is too PC to hire him, after the lawsuit and all; although he did just reach a settlement.
2nd choice would be Chuck Nelson, followed by Sonny Sixkiller @ 3rd. -
