Recruit: Hey coach did you block the immediate eligibility of a transfer and cause him to lose a year of eligibility.?

Pete didn't write the rules. He isn't doing anything special to enforce them. He's just saying I'm not going to waive them.
He didn't fight for a waiver for Eason either.
Pete's a rules oriented coach. Anybody who is considering playing for UW is going to be well aware of that.
