He's a dictator trying to make good on his campaign promise of restoring jobs to the Rust Belt. He has no real legislative authority to wage a trade war -- he's perverting the tariff laws on the book to suit his needs to claim his throne as dictator of the United States. He doesn't give a fuck about what China stole. It's not about anything except his reelection. The conflation in this post is astounding even for a huge liar like you. No one ever said full employment is a bad thing but it has nothing to do with this middle class tax increase. We are at full employment because we have had the longest economic expansion in the history of our country of which Trump has been president for about a quarter of. A trade deficit isn't a good thing or a bad thing. You can have the best trade terms possible and a booming economy and have a trade deficit or have shit terms and a shit economy and run a trade surplus.Bendintheriver said:

My industry, like many others in manufacturing has had a resurgence due to tariffs on cheap Chinese products. None of that is even touched on in your cherry picking article that is attempting to make Trump look bad. The trade deficit is temporary as we are in the middle of a chess match with the Chinese. Are you that naive to think that the Chinese devils would just sit there like idiots and not try to hard ball us?

Do you not have any FEELINGS for the millions that get hurt by the trade deficit?
